Reviews Michael Cooper 4.5 Stars (««««½) The 2010 is dry (4 grams/litre of residual sugar) and richly scented, with an oily texture and concentrated citrus fruit, spice and slight ginger flavours. Handled in tanks (40 per cent) and old oak casks (60 per cent), it shows considerable complexity; open mid-2011+.
