The Darling 2010 Pinot Gris
Reviews Michael Cooper 4.5 Stars (««««½) The 2010 , 20 per cent oak-aged, has strong personality. Mouthfilling, with strong peach, lychee and spice flavours, fresh and pure, it is slightly sweet (7 grams/litre of residual sugar), with an oily texture and excellent depth and harmony.
